I made the purchase for my grandson ceramic chess set that was handed down to him. The chess pieces fits very well on this board. My husband was very pleased of the quality of the board. Well made! Would diffentanly recommend for any chess player.

This beauty arrived in perfect condition! The walnut and maple are perfectly installed. It is gorgeous to look at and plays wonderfully.
