What is the return policy during the holiday season?
During the month of November The Chess Store will extend the return period for all orders until the end of December so that customers can shop early without the worry of the normal 30 day return policy.
Are Prices Displayed on the Packing List?
Prices are not displayed on packing list that are included in the packages.
How fast do orders ship?
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible but no later than the following business day if received by 8am PST.
Delivery Times
If you need your order delivered by a certain date please contact customerservice@thechessstore.com if you are not sure what service you need. Please keep in mind that USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service and that FedEx does not guarantee their ground services in November and December.
The Chess Store Holiday Closures
The warehouse and office will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.
Do you take phone orders?
Unfortunately, we are not able to take phone orders but ordering online is by far the fastest and safest way to place an order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift wrapping because it greatly slows down the fulfillment process and keeps all orders from shipping as fast as possible.
