This magnetic travel chess set is small enough to fold up and slip into your front shirt pocket and carry anywhere. Measuring 7.75" x 6.6" and only about .21" thick, it weighs almost nothing but large enough to easily play a game wherever you might be. The pieces are round magnetic discs with a picture of the piece on top and are easy to move from one square to the next. There's a place to conveniently hold captured pieces on each side. Made of a durable plastic, it folds in half and snaps closed. For the price, you won't find a better travel chess set this size.

    I also have the $100 pocket chess, I want to say that I may actually prefer this one over the expensive Chessmate version.
