This chess set includes our Conqueror Triple Plastic chess pieces matched with our Rosewood and Maple Floppy Mouse Pad Chess Board. Our Conqueror Triple Plastic Chess Set combines the aesthetic features of a traditional Staunton design with design elements that enhance the playability of each piece, be it a casual game or a hard-fought tournament match. This is a tournament size set with a 3.75” tall king and includes two extra queens for pawn promotion. The black and ivory color pieces are made from high quality plastic and feature a robust profile with a broad-base design for a low center of gravity and exceptional stability on the chess board. The knight is richly detailed with lifelike features reminiscent of the old iconic Jaques Staunton sets.

Our Rosewood and Maple Floppy Mouse Pad Chess Board offers the best of both worlds combining the features and advantages of a floppy board with the color and texture of a real wood chess board. You can roll it up and even fold it and this chess board will lie perfectly flat the second you lay it down. The top surface is covered with a durable fabric with a no-shine finish that makes it the perfect surface for playing chess. This is a regulation size chess board with 2.25" squares and measures 20" overall. Alpha-numeric notation around the border helps players record moves during the game.
