This chess set package includes our Master Series Triple Weighted Plastic Chess Pieces matched with our Lightweight Floppy Chess Board. Ideal for schools and chess clubs, our Master Series is a traditional Staunton chess set design that is both elegant and functional and with a knight that is unique and artistic design with realistic features and detail not found on other sets in this price range. The pieces are heavily weighted making them exceptionally well balanced and stable on the chess board, a feature preferred by players for fast paced play. This is a regulation size set with a 3.75" tall king and a base diameter of 1.5”. We include 2 extra queens for pawn promotion.

Our Lightweight Floppy Chess Board combines the flexibility of the thicker mousepad board with the thinness of a vinyl or silicone board. You can roll it up or even fold it and this chess board will lie perfectly flat the second you lay it down. The top surface is covered with a soft fabric material with a no-shine finish unlike vinyl boards. This is a regulation size chess board with 2.25" squares and measures 20"overall. Alpha-numeric notation around the border helps record moves during the game. The Master Series is a step up from the standard club chess set offering an unbeatable value for schools, clubs, tournaments, or the casual game at home.
