Our Olive Wood and Black Deluxe chess board makes a wonderful backdrop for the ebonized and boxwood pieces. This is an inlaid chess board made from olive wood and black stained poplar veneer and sealed with matte polyurethane finish to protect the wood. The squares are accentuated by an elegant triple inlay delimiter and surrounded by an extra wide frame. The craftsmanship and precision of the inlay work is remarkable. The squares are 1.75" and measures 17.5" overall is .5" thick.
