The knight is artistically designed with elegant and intricate features that are meticulously hand carved including the eyes, nostrils, mouth, teeth and a flared mane. The king is 4.4 inches tall and features an ornate finial that is unique from any chess set in our collection. The lathe work is extraordinary with compound collars and graceful precisely turned into the base of each piece. The pawns are extra-large making them easy to handle during your game.
