Exactly as advertised
I ordered 5 sets for use at a grade school. Very satisfied with the quality. Blue and white are the school colors, so this will look well there.

This is a very exceptional set, much better than you would expect for $13.
The packaging was un-damaged/dented, the pieces came in a solid zip-lock bag.
The board color is very refreshing to the eyes, and not nearly as boring as normal black and white.
The pieces are pretty good, although you cam slightly see the seams on some of them
Still, a very good set, and I would highly recommend it for a first tournament regulation board
